Bitten by the horse bug at 5 years old, Chris Ewanouski started out riding at a local farm before moving to Grazing Fields in high school. There, he became a working student for Kathy Fletcher and through dedication and perseverance made history at the 2005 New England Equitation Finals by not only winning the overall final, but the Horsemanship portion as well. His junior career was rounded out with an 11th place finish at the 2005 WIHS Finals and a top 25 finish at the ASPA Maclay Championship in the same year.
After learning from top professionals like Candice King and Geoff Teall, Chris worked with Federico Stryzle at Ñapinday for thirteen years before starting Hatherly LLC in 2023.

Raised in a showjumping family, Jef moved from Belgium to the U.S. in the 2010s to pursue the sport here and enjoyed great success in the hunter ring first as an amateur and later as a professional, training and riding with Peter Pletcher at PJP Farm.
Now, Jef trains and manages his own group of clients within Hatherly, with a focus across the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings.
